Tina and Diane have worked
together since 2001 to provide training for care staff in nursing
and residential care homes
Combining their expertise they
plan training programmes tailored specifically to the needs of
care home staff.
Tina and Diane liaise with
the managers to establish individual needs and concerns to ensure
that the training programme they create is appropriate to the
home.
The training is provided on
site, at convenient times so that all the staff can attend.
